LR/01 · Oral care
Turning toothpaste into a modern oral-care ritual.
Brand strategy, packaging architecture and a conversion-led commerce experience designed to earn attention in a crowded category.
The venture story
A product range designed as a commercial platform.
The range already served both adults and children, but the wider commercial opportunity was to make that breadth feel like one recognisable family system—not a collection of unrelated packs.
Adult variants focus the choice around daily oral-care needs, while fruit-led children’s variants make the routine more approachable for younger users.
The architecture was shaped to travel across pharmacy, dental, grocery, convenience, hospitality and e-commerce environments in Malaysia and export markets.
A black, white and gold campaign world elevates the range while structured product groupings keep everyday selection clear.
The challenge
Finding the clearest strategic opening.
Oral care is usually sold through functional claims and familiar category codes. The opportunity was to make the daily routine feel more considered without making the product difficult to understand.
The response
One connected system, designed to move.
- 01Defined a sharper category position around a confident everyday ritual.
- 02Created a packaging architecture that can hold multiple products and future variants.
- 03Designed the commerce journey to move from education to product confidence quickly.
